The Grape Street Fizz, inspired by Death & Co’s Fulton Street Fizz
1.5 oz Floral Gin
0.75 oz. Dry Vermouth
0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
Egg White
Shake gin, vermouth, lemon, and egg white without ice until egg white is frothy. Add ice, shake again, and strain into a Collin’s Glass. Top off with Elderflower tonic until very fizzy. Garnish with cherry bitters and a lemon twist.
